Who pays for shipping?

Can I return due to change of mind?

No. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for confirmed and accepted orders on Haustidy.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines depend on the active logistics route and are usually same-day to 7 working days.

How long is the inspection window?

Buyers have 48 hours from confirmed delivery to report issues using the order confirmation form.

When are approved refunds processed?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or Haustidy wallet and may take 5-7 business days.
